Acceptable Use Policy
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all access to and use of the Built For Her Platform.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Accessing another person's account or data without authorization.
- Sharing credentials or circumventing subscription, role, authorization, or security controls.
- Probing, scanning, exploiting, disrupting, overloading, or attempting to defeat Platform security.
- Introducing malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or destructive content.
- Scraping, crawling, bulk-downloading, harvesting, or systematically extracting protected content or member data except where expressly authorized or legally protected.
- Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Copying, reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, publishing, or commercially exploiting Training Systems, Blueprints, Academy materials, exercise media, Standards, or other protected content without written authorization.
- Using Platform content or member data to train, build, benchmark, or populate a competing commercial product or model without written authorization, except where applicable law creates a non-waivable right.
- Harassing, threatening, impersonating, defrauding, exploiting, or invading the privacy of another person.
- Uploading content you do not have the right to use or that violates law or another person's rights.
- Using the Platform for unauthorized solicitation, spam, or commercial recruitment.
- Attempting to conceal or falsify activity for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
3. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, rate limiting, feature restriction, suspension, termination, preservation of relevant records, or referral to appropriate authorities where warranted and lawful.
4. Security Research
Do not test Platform security without written authorization. Built For Her may publish a separate vulnerability-disclosure policy in the future.
