Referral Program Terms
1. About the Program
These Referral Program Terms govern the Built For Her "Refer a Friend" program operated by JR Strength and Fitness LLC, doing business as Built For Her. They form part of, and should be read with, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms apply to the program.
2. Who Can Take Part
Members with an active, paid App Access, Membership or Coaching subscription, including founding-member prices, can take part. Members with only complimentary access, and members whose subscription is not active, cannot earn rewards through this program.
3. How a Referral Qualifies
You take part by sharing your personal invite link. A referral qualifies when all of the following are true:
- the person creates a new Built For Her account through your invite link;
- the person subscribes to App Access, Membership or Coaching; and
- that subscription stays active and paid for 30 days after the person's first payment.
The person you invite may start with the 7-day free trial where the plan they choose offers one. The 30 days begin when they first pay, not when the trial starts.
4. Your Reward
For each qualifying referral you receive:
| If you are on | and your friend subscribes to App Access or Membership | and your friend subscribes to Coaching |
|---|---|---|
| App Access or Membership | one free month of your own plan | one free month of your own plan |
| Coaching | a $25 account credit | a $100 account credit |
Rewards are applied as a credit to your next invoice or invoices after a referral qualifies, and may take a few days to appear. There is no limit on the number of rewards you can earn. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold, and are forfeited if your subscription ends before they are used.
5. What Does Not Qualify
The following do not qualify:
- referring yourself, or another account you own or control, including an account that uses the same payment method;
- an account that existed before you shared your invite link;
- a referral whose subscription is cancelled, not paid, or refunded within the 30 days; and
- a person whose browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, because we do not record which link brought them.
6. Free Strategy Call for Invited Friends
A person who creates an account through a member's invite link may request one free 15-minute strategy call with a Built For Her coach before choosing Coaching. Calls are arranged by email and are subject to coach availability. The call is free and does not commit the person to subscribe.
7. Fair Use
Share your link only with people who may genuinely want Built For Her. We may withhold or reverse rewards, and may suspend your participation, if a referral is obtained through fraud, spam, misleading claims, or paid advertising of your invite link, or otherwise breaches the Terms of Service.
8. Privacy
We use the record of which link brought a new member to run this program, as described in the Privacy Policy. You see only how many people joined and subscribed through your link, never who they are.
9. Changes and Ending the Program
We may change or end the program at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page. Rewards for referrals that qualified before a change or the end of the program will be honoured.
10. Contact
Questions about the program can be sent to team@builtforher.io.
