Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
1. Built For Her Materials
Built For Her or its licensors own the Platform and protected materials made available through it, including branding, software, text, Training Systems, Blueprints, program structures, workouts, progression frameworks, Academy courses, Standards, exercise media, graphics, and other original content, subject to rights that may not be protected or may belong to others under applicable law.
2. Member License
Active members receive only the limited personal-use license stated in the Terms of Service. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of Built For Her intellectual property.
3. Member Content
Members retain ownership of original content they submit, subject to the operational license in the Terms and rights held by others. Public marketing use of a member's likeness, progress photos, testimonial, or transformation story requires separate authorization where applicable.
4. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing the information required by applicable U.S. copyright law, including identification of the copyrighted work, identification/location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement regarding accuracy and authority made under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

5. Counter-Notices
If applicable, Built For Her may accept and process legally sufficient counter-notices in accordance with U.S. copyright law. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties as legally permitted.
6. Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate and in circumstances contemplated by applicable law, Built For Her may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights.
7. Trademarks
Built For Her names, logos, trade dress, and related source identifiers may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. No license to use them publicly or commercially is granted except as expressly authorized.
